Forwarding and Delivery

The parcels are sent the same day for all orders placed before 1 p.m. with one of the payment methods having been made (see article 2). The parcels are sent in TRACKED COLISSIMO J+2 France. TRACKED COLISSIMO J+3 EUROPE in J+5 TRACKED COLISSIMO DOM in J+5.

For all the TRACKED COLISSIMO, you must sign for delivery, in case of absence, the post office will leave you a calling card. Our shipments are made to anywhere in the world on request. The delivery period calculation D+… takes only working days into account, Saturdays are not included, condition of the Post office’s contract.

For French overseas territories, the parcels are sent by normal mail at your own risks, or by recorded delivery within approximately 10 days.

We are not responsible for the post office’s delays. The parcels’ date of deposit at the post office is visible on the label on your parcel. For any delay complaint, ask for a report from your postman and take steps at their service.

If your parcel does not arrive within the deadlines, please phone SOURCE CLAIRE to ask for the sending number of your parcel and check with your post office. If it does not arrive within 4 days, please call again, we will start an investigation at the post office.

If your parcel is delivered to you in bad condition, we advise you to refuse it and notify us by call. As soon as the parcel’s return to SOURCE CLAIRE, we will send you another one. For possible complaints in the case of apparent defects or nonconformity ofthe ordered products, the products must be returned to us (normal sending, no recorded delivery) in their original packaging and intact, the shipping costs will be at your expense. A new parcel will be sent back to you.

Return and terms

L.121-20 article of the consumption code:

To exert a revocation right, the purchaser of Source Claire products has a deadline of 7 clear days from the reception of his order, without any justifying reasons or paying any pelnalties, to return the product for exchange or refunding except for return expenses. If this time expires on a Saturday, on a Sunday or on a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day (L.121-20 article of the consumption code).

The revocation right cannot be exerted for the following contracts: :
1°) regarding products (bottles with inviolable closing) that have been opened or consumed and cannot be sent back as they are likely to be spoiled or expire quickly. (Subparagraph 3)

2°) regarding audio recording supplies (CD) when they have been unsealed by the purchaser. (Subparagraph 4) (if the seal of the recording medium has been broken by the consumer)

In accordance with the law 78-17 of January 6th, 1978, the customer can exercise this right, all you have to do is contact our services.
